Each project begins with a short brief covering goals, audience, and timing. Once scope and price are confirmed, a delivery timeline is shared and the first working session is scheduled.

Source files are handed over in editable formats, such as native design files, plus exports for web and print. Copyright transfers to the client upon full payment, as set out in the Terms.

Projects are invoiced digitally. International bank transfers and credit card payments are both accepted through secure checkout, with terms confirmed in the project agreement.
