How your information and your project payments are handled

This page explains how Nord Designer protects personal information in line with European data protection standards, and the refund conditions that apply to custom commissioned design work delivered in phases.

Personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and project brief is collected only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and deliver the agreed work. Contact records and basic analytical data are retained only for as long as needed for those purposes, and you may request access, correction, or deletion at any time by writing to the studio. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, and card details are never stored on this website.

Custom commissioned design is usually invoiced as a deposit followed by milestone payments. Deposits secure a project slot and are non-refundable once creative work has begun. Milestone payments are refundable only for phases not yet started, and completed work already delivered for review is not refundable. Full terms are confirmed in writing before any project starts.
