Clauses

Engagement Conditions

Numbered clauses set out scope, payment, intellectual property, communications, and liability for each project.

1. Scope and Revisions

Project scope is defined in the signed proposal. Each engagement includes the agreed number of revision rounds; additional revisions and change requests are quoted separately and approved in writing before work begins.

2. Payment Obligations

Payment schedules are stated in the proposal and processed through the secure payment options listed on the site. Work proceeds according to the agreed schedule, and delivery timelines are confirmed upon receipt of each milestone payment.

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full settlement of all invoices. Until then, all designs, source files, and concepts remain the property of the designer. Portfolio usage rights are reserved unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

4. Communications and Timelines

Both parties agree to respond to project communications promptly. Client feedback delays may shift delivery timelines, and the designer will notify the client of any revised schedule.

5. Confidentiality

Each party treats non-public business information shared during a project as confidential and uses it solely to carry out the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. No guarantee of specific business, marketing, or sales outcomes is implied by any deliverable.
